RENTAL STUDIOS

Rental Studios are 250 sq ft open spaces. They include​​ workbenches, shelving, 4x8 peg board, locked storage, and access to the other shared resources in the space like the kitchen, classrooms, and machine shop. There is one rental studios available and this spaces are ideal for someone getting started or has an operation with a small footprint.

ANCHOR SPACES

Anchor spaces range from 500 sq ft. to 1,900 sq ft. There are two 1,500 sq ft. anchor spaces currently available. These spaces include a 12 month lease, access to shared resources, and access to focused technical assistance in the form of a manufacturing incubator to help you scale up your venture quickly.
