Joining the Manufactory Collective (MC) for just $35 per month offers lots of benefits. Members enjoy access to an open workspace with essential resources, discounted rates for event and classroom rentals, and two conference room hours monthly. Membership also includes entry to all member events, one registration for Brain Dump Day, and connection to a dynamic community of creators and innovators. With future access to a prototype lab, MC provides everything needed to bring ideas to life.

Rental Studios are 250 sq ft open spaces. They also include​​  access to the other shared resources in the space like the kitchen, classrooms, and future machine shop. There is one rental studio available and these spaces are ideal for someone getting started or has an operation with a small footprint.

Dedicated workbench is a great way to get started with your ideas, without the commitment to a full studio. If you are running out of kitchen table or garage space, this is a great option to get access to other makers and also have your own reserved workspace. You will also get access to the shared resources in the space and can rent storage as well for your growing venture

Anchor spaces range from 500 sq ft. to 1,500 sq ft. There are two 1,500 sq ft. anchor spaces currently available. These spaces include a 12 month lease, access to shared resources, and access to focused technical assistance in the form of a manufacturing incubator to help you scale up your venture quickly.
