Space. Equipment.
Manufacturing Support.

The Manufactory Collective is a collaborative workspace and community designed to foster creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurship. It provides a dynamic environment where makers, artisans, designers, and entrepreneurs can come together to share resources, exchange ideas, and develop their projects. As the space continues to grow, we will be able to offer traditional craftsmanship tools to advanced technologies like 3D printers and laser cutters.

Our members benefit from access to workshops, networking opportunities, and various events aimed at skill-building and connection. The collective promotes a culture of collaboration, sustainability, and continuous learning, helping individuals turn their ideas into tangible products and thriving businesses.

The 20,000+ sq. ft space offers rental studios, open work space, kitchen, conference room, classroom and event spaces and storage. Want to learn more? Stop by for a tour during our open to the public hours!

Access to Equipment

The space will offer manufactures access to a wide array of equipment, such as CNC machines, laser cutters, 3D printers, and industrial sewing machines. We expect equipment onsite by early 2025

Access to the
Manufacturing Ecosystem

One of the most crucial parts of the entrepreneurial journey is access to community. The Manufactory Collective helps set entrepreneurs up for success by getting them plugged into the robust manufacturing and entrepreneurial ecosystem that exists in the Shenandoah Valley. We have great partners in the space including Friendly City Clay Studio, James Madison University, and Juice Works 3D
